Our Fabrics and Wallpapers are custom made to order in our factory in Norfolk, England.
Products available to view
Only some of our products are available to view on our website and the full collection is available to view at our showrooms in London and Paris. Our Chelsea showroom is open and our Paris showroom is available by appointment at this time.
Designs on our website
The designs shown on our website are only a small selection of fabrics and wallpapers that we have in our collection. The designs shown have been developed over time, and have formed an archive of design, texture and colour which can be reproduced to order or you can also change the colours if necessary to coordinate with your schemes using our custom sampling service. Please note: Our products are not all readily available as hand out samples, but they can be custom made for individual projects. Contact us by email for more information.
Samples
Not all products shown on our website are available as free samples, the photographs serve as examples of designs and colours made previously over the years. We will send by post up to 5 samples free of charge if they are available. The nature of our business is custom manufacturing, we encourage you to open a custom colouring account with us so you can access our custom sampling service for your projects.
Invitation
We invite our visitors to open a custom colouring account by purchasing a Bernard Thorp colour chart. The custom colour chart shown below is a very important tool for the skilled decorator or designer. The chart allows you to change colours in all our designs of fabric and wallpaper. Custom Colouring & Strike-off Samples (Hand Printed)
Bernard Thorp’s Unique Selling Point (USP) is that we offer a custom colouring strike-off service for our hand printed fabrics and wallpapers. There is no other up charge per metre on your order only the cost of the strike-off, the cost of which is non refundable. 10 metres minimum order required for hand printed custom coloured fabrics and 30 metres for custom coloured hand printed non woven wide width wallpaper. Standard Colours
You can purchase some of our designs in the colourway shown on this website, starting at 5 metres for printed fabrics and 10 metres for our woven fabrics. Minimum order for our standard colours of hand printed non woven wide width wallpapers is 30 metres.
